The United Kingdom has pledged to transfer intellectual property (IP) rights for its cutting-edge electronic warfare (EW) system, Stone Cloak, to Ukraine. This strategic move promises to enable Ukraine to manufacture the technology at an industrial scale, significantly boosting its defense capabilities against Russian military operations.

British Prime Minister Andy Burnham announced this commitment, characterizing Stone Cloak as "one of the UK’s best national innovations, battle-tested at the frontline."
